John Olle

Founder, Statewide Claim Services

20+ years in claims. Since 2016, on your side.

John Olle grew up in the claims business. His parents adjusted for the major carriers, and after high school he followed them from storm to storm for three years. He was flood-certified in his early 20s.

From 2008 he adjusted for the biggest insurance companies in the country, up to 1,500 claims a year. When he saw carriers stop properly indemnifying policyholders, he switched sides.

Today Statewide is headquartered in Pleasanton, Texas, with a commercial division for large and complex losses and a residential division for homeowners.

“We will defend your claim and see it through.”

Questions owners ask us first

What is a public adjuster?

A licensed professional who represents the policyholder, not the insurance company. We document the loss, prepare the claim and negotiate it with your carrier on your behalf.

The insurance company already sent an adjuster. Why would I need one?

Their adjuster works for the insurance company. A public adjuster works for you. On a large or complicated loss, it helps to have someone on your side reading the policy and the estimate.

What does it cost?

There is no upfront cost to review your claim. If we take it on, our fee is a percentage of what we recover, set out in your contract and capped by your state’s law.

Can you help with a claim that was already denied, underpaid or closed?

Often. Depending on your policy and your state’s deadlines, a denied or underpaid claim can sometimes be disputed or reopened. Send it over and we’ll review it.

My property isn’t in one of your licensed states. Can you still help?

Possibly. We are licensed in 13 states today and have held licenses in 19+. When a client in a new state needs us, we apply for a license there before we work the claim.
