Privacy policy & SMS terms
Effective October 21, 2026
Statewide Claim Services, LLC (“Statewide,” “we”) is a licensed public adjusting firm. This policy explains what we collect through statewideclaimservices.com and our phone and text lines, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, phone number, email, property address, type of property and damage, date of loss, and anything you write about your claim.
- Estimates you upload: when you use our estimate check, we read the insurance estimate you upload. We keep the file for 3 days so a licensed public adjuster on our team can review it, then delete it. To read it accurately, the file may be processed by Google’s Gemini AI service on our behalf. We keep the details from it (the policyholder’s name, phone, email and property address, the insurance company, claim and policy numbers, and the estimate amounts) so a licensed public adjuster can follow up about the claim. We don’t text you about it unless you ask us to.
- Documents you attach: if you attach your insurance estimate, letters or photos to a callback request, we keep them with your request, where only our staff can open them, for as long as we keep your request (see below). Files from a request you don’t send are deleted within a day.
- How you found us: the page you landed on, the referring site, and ad campaign tags (for example utm parameters and Google or Meta click IDs), stored in your browser and sent with your request.
- Site usage: pages viewed and actions taken, through cookies and similar tools from Meta (Facebook Pixel) and Google (Google Ads). Call tracking may assign a local tracking number so we can tell which ad led to a call; calls may be recorded for quality and training, and we’ll tell you at the start of a recorded call.
How we use it
- To review your claim and contact you about it by phone, text or email, as you requested.
- To send storm updates and claim reminders by text, only if you opted in (see SMS terms below).
- To measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people who visited the site.
- To meet our legal and licensing obligations as a public adjuster.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, email, phone and text systems and our advertising (under their own privacy terms), with your insurance carrier or others when needed to handle your claim with your permission, and when the law requires it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.
Your choices
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing claims@statewideclaimservices.com or calling (850) 750-7536.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Limit ad tracking through your browser’s cookie settings, Meta’s ad preferences and Google’s My Ad Center.
